Relief Hotline Advocate (Fill-In/On-Call Position)
The Hotline Advocate's overall responsibility is answering all calls on the crisis hotline and providing crisis intervention, safety planning, assessing callers needs and determining eligibility for our shelter admission, and making appropriate referrals to callers affected by domestic violence.
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to learn and use effective communication skills
- Ability to work with a diverse population
- Basic computer skills
Hours: Strictly an on-call, fill-in position
