Women & Children First has two major annual fundraising events. Tickets and Sponsorships are available for each event a few months prior.
Woman of the Year
Held in January, we recognize an outstanding woman in Arkansas for all that she has accomplished. Former tributes went to Phyllis Brandon (2007), Cindy Murphy (2008), Millie Ward (2009), and Donna Cone (2010). We are thrilled to announce Arkansas's First Lady, Ginger Beebe as Woman of the Year 2011. She will be honored on January 15th, 2011 at The Peabody Hotel’s Grand Ballroom.
Caribbean Cabaret
This magnificent spring event is held outdoors at the home of Chip & Cindy Murphy. Festivities include a live and silent auction, fabulous food, a full bar and a live band.
Arts & Appetizers
Held quarterly, these informal events take place at local art galleries. Supporters of WCF can sip and nosh while perusing the local arts scene. A portion of all art sales benefit WCF.
