Direct Services
- Court Asssistance: Working at the Courthouse with the WCF Court Advocate. Assisting victims of domestic violence complete orders of protection and in some cases, accompanying them to court.
- Hotline Counselor: Working from home answering the crisis line in the evening. Making referrals, screening for shelter admittance and often simply listening.
- Child Assistant: Working at the shelter with the Child Advocate. Assisting with outings, projects, crafts, tutoring and games.
- Group Leader: Working at the shelter or at another location as needed facilitating support or educational groups for victims of domestic violence.
- Mentor: Providing friendship and support to residents of the shelter during their transition from shelter living to independent living.
